Hard to keep up with Google these days. Google has a tool called Image Chart Editor where you can create any kind of chart imaginable online. Sure there are a number of charting applications and components. But why send an entire spreadsheet, for example, when you can send them a link.

Windows Live Writer is a free tool from Microsoft that makes it easy to post entries to almost any blog service like Windows Live, WordPress, Blogger, LiveJournal, Posterous, and TypePad. The tool allows you to post content with photos and videos.
